Answers to common legal queries

Accounts registered from restricted jurisdictions are flagged during verification and closed before any funds are deposited. We check your residency at signup and confirm it matches your payment method location. If we detect a mismatch, we contact you to clarify; if unresolved, your account is suspended.

Identity verification typically completes within two hours. Residency confirmation via your registered JazzCash, Easypaisa or SadaPay account happens automatically during signup. If manual review is needed, we contact you within 24 hours with next steps and estimated resolution date.

Accounts with no activity for 12 months are flagged as dormant. We send an email reminder; if you do not log in within 30 days, the account is closed and any balance is held for one year pending your contact. After one year, dormant balances are forfeited under local regulations.

Once a withdrawal clears to your JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Raast account, your bank handles any further dispute. We provide transaction evidence to your bank upon request. If the reversal originates from our end, we refund immediately and investigate the failure cause.

We collect name, date of birth, residential address, email, phone number and payment method details for compliance and account security. We do not store full credit card numbers. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. You can request a data export or deletion after account closure.

Submit a closure request via Account Settings. We settle any pending withdrawals within five business days, then close your account. Your balance history is retained for five years for tax compliance. Account data is deleted upon your written request after all transactions are settled.

Breaches include underage access, fraud, account sharing, use of VPNs to bypass jurisdiction blocks, and collusion in unfair play. A confirmed breach results in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of your balance and a permanent ban. We report serious breaches to local authorities where required by law.
